GLAZED CARROTS

8 carrots, par boiled and cut in half lengthwise then again into 1 inch pieces cross wise
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
Add all ingredients together in a sauce pan and cook slowly for 20 minutes, or until tender,
stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Cook time about 20 min.
Serves 6
