In keeping up with the times and ever increasing requests from our clients, we had this “Modern Day Chuck Wagon” built to accommodate a wider variety in our menu options. This mobile kitchen can literally go any where and cook anything. We have pulled it over creek beds and under Oak trees down the dirt road  narrowing down to a cow trail and park it in a pasture, open the sides and go right to cooking for 100 trail riders for 4 days.
We have been honored to present dinner for over 300 guests at the Historic “Casa de la Guerra” for the prestigious La Primavera Fiesta Fandango party during the Old Spanish Days Fiesta in Santa Barbara.
We were chosen to cater for the USS Ronald Reagan when it was in port in Santa Barbara and fed over 1,000 guests, including Santa Barbara dignitaries. Commanding Officers and seamen from the ship. It took this kitchen and 3 BBQ pits to accomplish this honorable experience.

As you can see, it is pretty handy and it can go anywhere. We offer it for rent to caters and venues that have no kitchen facilities; wineries, on site movie locations, retreats, ranch parties, just to name a few. 

It has the propane capacity to cook 3 meals a day for approximately 1 week.
