Santa Maria Style

Our style of BBQ, Santa Maria Style, is unique to the Central Coast. Authentically done as it was during the great ranch days on the Pacific Slope. We use only Red Oak wood burned down to hot coals to give our meat that wonderful distinct smoky flavor you can only get with this Santa Maria Style of BBQing.

We use only Choice Plus Harris Ranch Beef, New York Strips, Top Sirloin and Tri-Tips seasoned with Cowboy Flavor Seasoning.

Our beef cuts are thick and we like to cook to the rare to medium side, allowing the beef to present itself at its most tender and juicy. Our BBQ chicken is seasoned with Cowboy Flavor Seasoning then browned on the pit for that same smoky flavor then finished with a white wine and fresh rosemary. Side dishes are traditionally crisp green salad, Santa Maria grown Pinquito beans, Cowboy Flavor style fresh salsa, garlic bread and strawberry shortcake, made with our sweet juicy locally grown strawberries that Santa Maria is famous for.
