Our Mobile Kitchen

Beautifully designed and built for Celebrity Chefs' Cooking Shows, Movie Sets and Professional Ball Teams in Training. Tough enough to be on extended projects such as construction sites, emergencies, etc.

Trailer is 24' long plus 6' goose-neck (overall length 30'), 9' high plus 24” with exhaust fans.

The equipment inside the trailer is:

  • 12' x 24" stainless prep counter

  • One 4' 2 door refrigerator

  • One 4' 2 door freezer

  • Two 2 basket deep fryers

  • Two full sheet pan convection ovens

  • Two 30" flat tops

  • Six open burners

  • One 24" char-broiler

  • Three deep sinks

  • One hand wash sink with soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser

  • On demand hot water heater

  • Electrical outlets for your food processors, etc.

  • Propane

  • 50' electrical cord for 50 AMP circuit electrical hookup

  • Rear door entrance with screen door

  • Side door entrance with screen door

  • Hard Rubber steps for both entrances

  • Left side opens with 2 flip up doors. Plexiglass wall with 4 screened slide-up pass throughs for concession style service.

  • Fresh water tank /Grey water tank on board. Exterior hose hook-up for continuous water as well. 40 gallon capacity each.

  • To assure you that you can use this kitchen anywhere in the United States, this kitchen is approved by the Health Department of Santa Barbara County, California, known to be among the most strict requirements in the entire nation. We can have it delivered to you anywhere in the US.
