Our family has been using our own recipe for "Pinquitos" (little pinks) for eight generations. This humble "Frijole" has been a popular dish in ranches and cow camps and filled more bellies than any other food. The "Pinquito" is a unique variety of bean that is grown only in the Santa Maria Valley in Central California. It has been a popular side dish since the early days of Bar-B-Que. Now, you too can make true Bunkhouse Beans and add a taste of the West to your meals.
